Buying

How do I buy a product?
Open the product's page and choose Buy Now. You'll be asked to sign in or create an account, then you pay by card on a secure payment form. Each purchase is one product from one creator — there is no cart.
If a product's page says “Purchasing is not available yet”, it can't be bought at the moment.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. Every purchase is kept in an account, which is how you find it again later. Creating one takes an email address and a password. Create an account
Who am I buying from?
From the creator. Each product is sold directly by the independent creator who made it, and your payment goes to their own Stripe account. Zevraya takes no commission on the sale.
How are prices shown?
Each product has one price, set by its creator in US dollars, euros or British pounds. Prices are shown exactly as set — Zevraya doesn't convert currencies.
How do I pay?
By card. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Zevraya never stores your card details.

Where do I find what I bought?
In Purchases. Sign in, open Account from the top of any page and choose Purchases: every product you've bought is listed there with its files. Go to your purchases
How do downloads work?
Choose Download next to a file in Purchases. Each download link is created when you ask for it and expires shortly afterwards, so start from Purchases whenever you need the file again.
A file says “Not available for download”. What does that mean?
That file can't be downloaded right now. Files are delivered only while they are cleared by our security checks and the purchase is active.
What if a product stops being sold?
Your purchase isn't affected. Products you've bought stay in Purchases even if their creator stops selling them.

Who can sell on Zevraya?
Any creator with an account can open a store for digital work they made. To sell, you'll also set up payments with Stripe. How selling works
What can I sell?
Digital goods in 6 categories: Planners, Templates, Fonts, Graphics, Printables and Social media.
Which file formats can I upload?
PDF, PNG, JPEG, WebP, WOFF2, OTF and TTF files, or a ZIP archive containing those formats and TXT notes. Archives inside archives aren't accepted.
How large can files be?
Up to 10 files per product. Each file can be up to 50 MB (font files up to 10 MB), and a product's files can total up to 250 MB.
Are uploaded files checked?
Yes. Every file is scanned and validated after upload, and a product can be published only when all of its files have passed.
When do buyers see my product?
When you publish its listing. You can publish once the product is complete, its files have passed their checks and your payment setup is ready for payouts. Nothing is ever published automatically.

What does it cost to sell?
Zevraya charges 0% marketplace commission. You pay Stripe's processing fees on each sale, and refunds and disputes are taken from your Stripe balance.
How do I get paid?
Every sale is made on your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank. You set this up once, from Payments in your studio. Open payment setup
Why can't I publish yet?
Publishing needs a payment setup that is ready for payouts — being able to accept cards isn't enough on its own. Until then your products stay saved and previewable in your studio, and Payments shows your current status.

I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot password?” and we'll email you a link to set a new one. Go to sign in
Can I buy and sell with the same account?
Yes. One account can buy products and run a store.
How do I sign out?
Open Account from the top of any page and choose Sign out. Go to your account
